“ My wife and I dined here in August 2023 and we came back in January 2025 for another round of ramen. This year new owners were two weeks into their management of this small Japanese noodle shop. A sign near the cash register read, "We are not a fast food restaurant. Your food is made fresh every order. Please be patient." We patiently awaited our orders to be prepared; it was worth the wait. We ordered miso soup, pork ribs ramen and vegetarian udon. Each dish was tasty, well-seasoned and filled with the appropriate amounts of vegetables and meat. Although we did not sample the sushi (the new owners have installed a sushi bar), our appetites were sated by the food we ordered. After we had finished slurping our soups, our server asked if we would like a cup of jasmine tea. We said yes, and he poured some into a couple of small, ceramic cups. This was a fine way to conclude our visit to Ronin's. The atmosphere of Ronin was Japanese urban, created by the Asian rap music (not too loud) and colorful pictures on the walls. A wide-screen TV was being installed when we visited. We were wondering what programming would be presented on this screen. There is a small, free parking lot next to Ronin's, and it can fill up quickly because there are 10 other businesses in this strip mall, including a couple of Mexican eateries. ”
